Overview
LoopWork consolidates fragmented tools — video conferencing, task tracking, and HR systems — into a single secure hub. It features geofenced attendance tracking, automated document workflows, and isolated tenant databases. Published on the Apple App Store, with the Google Play version coming soon.
The Challenge
Growing distributed businesses suffered from tool sprawl—juggling distinct subscriptions for video calling, daily task management, HR check-ins, and file repositories. This created fragmented communication and administrative overhead.
The Solution
Architected a unified multi-tenant workspace with real-time WebRTC communications, geofenced mobile attendance verification, and custom drag-and-drop form workflows.
Technical Decisions
Isolated Tenant Architecture
Used PostgreSQL row-level security and schema boundaries on Supabase to ensure complete data isolation between corporate clients.
Cross-Platform Deployment
Integrated responsive web view shells and native capabilities to achieve Apple App Store approval with rapid turnaround for the upcoming Google Play release.
Low-Latency Video Mesh
Leveraged WebRTC peer connections with selective forwarding fallbacks to maintain reliable calls without overwhelming server infrastructure.
