Standard Kanban boards frequently become sluggish as cards and activity logs multiply, hindering fluid keyboard interaction and velocity analysis.
The Solution
Engineered a keyboard-first, lightweight Kanban board featuring fluid drag-and-drop mechanics with Framer Motion, real-time board updates, and sprint velocity charts.

Optimistic UI Updates
Dispatched drag transitions immediately in local state before server confirmation, guaranteeing 60fps responsiveness.
Strict TypeScript Models
